hiya!

Hiya, I'm Kat — California-raised, German/American, now based in London.

I moved here for my MBA at LBS, met my husband while working at Wintermute, and ended up staying to build cool things with magic internet money. Lately, I've been adding AI to that mix.

I like systems, structure, and figuring out how things work — especially when they're messy.

I'm not an engineer, but I'm usually surrounded by them (and married to one). I enjoy getting into the weeds of complex systems and acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical worlds.

I'm big on:

This site is my little experiment — learning to build while documenting what I pick up along the way.
